The popularity of the inkjet printing technology has improved ceramic decoration effects, but seriously resulted in homogenization. Glaze, as the key determining ceramic surface's quality, however, has been stagnant in enhancement in recent decades, including glaze texture, brightness, flatness, pinhole and other aspects. With the tremendous popularity of polished glaze products, the high-end ceramic market has been gradually occupied as a result, leaving the processing of transparent glazing plus polishing on ceramic chips an inevitable trend. Since the high water absorption (13-17%) of tiles, the polished products whose title bottom absorbs much water (8%-10%) after the polishing by the traditional polishing device, could be packed only after being dried greatly. Processes of water absorption and drying under high temperature are equivalent to straightening and bending once to titles, easily crackling the transparent mirror surface, which is an important factor for microcrystalline mirror ceramics to hard spread in the market.
